Details: This gas detector is sensitive to acidic gases such as acetic acid (C2H4O2), hydrochloric acid (HCl), sulfuric acid (H2SO4), hydrofluoric acid (HF), nitric acid (HNO3), peracetic acid (C₂H₄O₃) and formic acid (CH2O2). Tracking and monitoring acidic gases is important in processing, spot checking, indoor gas cloud checking, laboratory, and personal safety. Advanced features such as temperature detection, alarm recording, alarm setting, backlight high-resolution LCD, calibration features, and others are included. An alternative is the FD-600-ACID, which does have a built-in pump, making it the best candidate for point sampling and leak detection.
